This magical bestiary tour looks above, below, behind and beneath a series of fascinating, unfamiliar objects from the Fitzwilliam’s world class collection and rediscovers the fantastic stories that they tell.

Come and acquaint yourself with chimaerae, pegasoi, scyllae and other often lethal, occasionally cuddly, products of the human imagination...

Fantastic Beasts… at the Fitz has been written, and is led, by art historian and performance storyteller Robert Lloyd Parry, who used to work in the Education Department of the Fitzwilliam Museum.

Tours run Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year and last approx 1.5 hrs.
